Sorry that was me. I posted a link to a statement attributed him. I did not think that was discussing him in any way.

So you can not comment on his statements or things attributed to him in any way? Not trying to be argumentative. Was just trying to go back to the very beginning of all of this since that is, for the most part, all that is really known.

getting into the car makes noise (opning and closing at least one door if not two)

possibility of making noise with the horn, her jamming the car in drive and hitting the wall, etc.

better to perhaps stun her (blood found) and lead her off to his own car

plus if he took hollys car that would heave his car parked nearby for cops to find

She had to start the car anyway & he could have still stunned her & drove her to his vehicle. Even put her in the trunk. Sorry, I'm still not buying it!

With a town of only 2500 people (if that report was right), they've got to be closing in on this. Holly's smart, straight A's and hopefully some common sense too, with some of the things we've heard. If he's an ex-BF, she'd know him well, and could possibly work that into something to her advantage. Just hoping, it's been a long time now.

Its ok to talk about the brother and bf as to what's been reported on and what law enforcement has said. Its not ok to talk about them as suspects or POI's. No one has been named as such.

Also rumors are not allowed so please be careful about what is posted on blogs, topix etc. Rumors at this time will be removed.

Random thought: Since TBI said to be on the lookout for anyone washing/selling/stealing a vehicle, is that a direct implication that they believe a car has been used? I think it is. They also mentioned an ATV as well, so I wonder if they think both were used.

I don't think this is discussing the brother as a suspect, though - just stating incorrect info from the media. Just my take on it...

But we can say something about him because he was the last person to see her alive and well. He has been mentioned by name in mainstream media. So we can mention him. We just can't accuse him of anything because he is not a suspect.

The brother is one of the last person to have seen Holly alive... he is the person who called 911. He is a very important part of this case; he can and SHOULD be discussed.

Especially since all that was discussed in the last few posts was conflicting news reports about the house and the brother's location within it.

What we are not allowed to do is sleuth, accuse or point the finger at him in any way.

We can discuss the brother i believe ,he is the last person to see his sister i just think we cant condemm him till hes been named a poi!

This youn man is the center to this case. I think as long as we dont blame him for her disappearance we can discuss what facts they have...
