Crouch plays track of Daniels’ interview with Agent Kennard. In that interview he admits he has a temper. Crouch says Daniels went into a rage on 4/4, snapped, and killed his son.

Crouch touches on how Joseph Daniels referred to Joe Clyde at “that boy” in the beginning of the investigation. The confession is the first time he says we hear him call Joe his son.

We see the video of Joe Clyde in a video asking for an apple. This is one Jessica Donnerstag his teacher took that brought tears and laughter to Belle and Big Joe the first time we saw it in her testimony.

Next jury will break for lunch. They will reconvene and Judge Wolfe will read the charges to them. That may take some time. They will then pick the 4 alternates to go back to Chattanooga. They will deliberate after that. We will be back at 1:15PM.

I predict verdict - tomorrow after lunch.... guilty of course.

He spoke to the investigator and he's adamant the parts were from a car and not a mailbox. Zero chance of a mistrial at this point and finds the investigator who he's spoken to a few times is credible.
They interviewed the defense attorney and they believe they've done enough to create reasonable doubt and calling Auntie Joyce and others would potentially have created more trouble on cross for them.
Nick does think the parents did this especially Joseph but with the lack of physical evidence if he were a juror he does have reasonable doubt but is waiting for closing arguments to make a judgement.
Doesn't believe anyone would confess to killing their own child if they're innocent (have to disagree with him here, as it has happened before).

Pretty much the extent of the FB live.

#JosephDaniels - Coming up on 2 hours of deliberations. The judge has said he'd let them go until about 9pm local time tonight and if needed they would resume deliberations tomorrow.

Did the judge say anything about how he'd handle jury questions? Considering they've asked quite a few throughout the trial, I expect they'll have some more during the course of their deliberations, hope we get to hear them.
