Local here and have waited so long for this trial!! Never seen anyone blink so much. Here we go, may justice be done. Her DNA in his trunk is not a good sign to me. But lots of variables with bf's employment......we shall soon see.

Perhaps. My thinking however is that this is just more of the same strategy from the defense that they've employed all along - try to whittle whittle whittle on the evidence, on this, on that, rather than actually try to overcome it all.

They haven't been very successful in that quest. But they keep trying trying trying.imo

What this tweet doesn't say is that the jurors do NOT have to agree on whether it's aggravated because of bodily injury, or because of sexual abuse, or because of intent to terrorize. Prosecutor says some jurors can think it was bodily injury, some jurors can think it was sexual abuse, and other jurors can think it was intent to terrorize. All that matters is each juror believes it's aggravated kidnapping for one of those reasons. Juror can interpret the evidence however they wish to reach that conclusion of aggravated kidnapping.

I hope that makes sense.
