According to Dallas court records BD has a 'hearing' scheduled 12/21/2016.

Her attorney has been busy as well and filed the following Motions all on December 8th;

You don't need to speak Spanish. In any language, the translation is this: "Folks, don't hold your breath. You'll die before this comes to trial."

Before Mexico would agree to extradite her, the U.S. had to agree to take the death penalty off the table. Check! Done!!

A preliminary hearing has yet to happen, but her attorney is already planning an appeal.

So, I check Dallas County's web site for hearings and it's been all passes.
I did see her attorney has requested a copy of the State's Expert Witness.
Has anyone heard anything else ?
