Margo was 3 weeks old... in their statement they say 3 months.

I have to wonder ... did MF have a dog? was Heidi's dog's leash missing?

This just makes my stomach turn.

Some brilliant person on here noticed a pkg of Greenies in her car, so it looks like she did.

I knew my APD and Travis County LE folks were just getting their ducks in a row. Bravo. I hope they wrap up this tragic story PDQ.

Damn, imagine calling someone your best friend and trusting them for years then she strangles you to death with her own hands for your baby. I wonder how she was able to do it. There are truly evil people in this world. Like was it worth it??

What a busy day for the cases I keep an eye on. So relieved to see that the wheels of justice are moving forward for Heidi & Margo, and their loved ones.

Yes!

This is interesting: "threatening to use deadly force against M. CAREY " - there's the terroristic threat I guess. Source - confession?

I saw that. It said she did "use and threatened to use deadly force against" the baby.

I wish someone would put this in layman's terms....

Thank you for all the updates everyone!

She must have threatened Margo's life to keep Heidi in check?

So....MF acted alone from the sounds of it.

I hope she sees poor Heidi's face everytime she closes her eyes.
Monster. An absolute MF'ing monster.

Not a lawyer, but I don't think the state has any obligation to defense attorneys until after an indictment is secured. I'm all for fair trials, discovery and the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standards for criminal trials. But this bit of whining is, well..... stupid. moo
