-Offender is usually most comfortable with the site where the body is recovered, the murder itself is usually committed within 200 feet of the site where the victim is recovered.
-Because they usually have a diverse criminal history prior to the murder its highly likely they will commit further crimes in the future, though they may be short of murder , but they will most likely be sexual in nature .
