Residents in Grand Mission are tying pink ribbons on trees in their yards to raise awareness for child abuse.

June 9​

Maleah Davis Day in Houston is Sunday. City Hall will be lit up with pink lights, Maleah's favorite color.

Family, friends and the Houston community will gather in remembrance of the 4-year-old.



Walk With Maleah starts at 7:30 a.m. at City Hall. Participants will walk from there to the Harris County Jail.

Everyone is asked to wear pink shirts.

Yeah, that makes sense. I looked it up and the flight is almost four hours from Houstrn to MA so it makes sense that she had a connecting flight.
So that eliminates the theory that she may have been conspiring with DV during that time or anything like that. Imo

Yeah, unless they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt she participated in the abuse in the past or some type of negligence, I don't think she is going to be criminally charged with anything.

On the plus side, she is probably the most hated woman in Houston right now and everyone now knows she is a crap mom. She probably will never get her sons back, so they are spared from her selfish decision making and possible neglect.

On the downside, Maleah had to die for that to happen. (CPS/Judge, I am looking at you).

I think Tim Miller's point was to say he didn't believe BB to be in the apartment and not see MD for an hour and a half before she left for the airport when MD returned with DV.

Also, BB went to see her father twice. Once when he was sick and for the burial.

I believe she had a connecting flight at 4:30 so maybe that's the confusion. Moo

I understand there were two trips and that is why I mention no date on it and whether it was for the correct trip.

I am mostly talking about the assumption that she left home many hours before her trip which now looks as if may not have been a fact.

As to the hour and a half, it was simply added to state that LE has never confirmed this, just as the flight time has never been confirmed by LE to my knowledge, it came as much has from elsewhere.

It appears the flight info now was incorrect or confused with the connecting flight so it just shows even with the best intended people, what they share is not always confirmed fact.

Sounds like the perfect match. She has warrants out for her arrest so she backed out of any cooperation with police?

I have not watched it yet but I agree. How would she have any idea of whether she is his only side piece and whether others may be male or female?

Maybe if it bothers him so much more than murdering and discarding a 4 year old innocent, I will continue to wonder out loud whether he is gay. I truly do not care one whit whether he is, but he apparently does--he cares greatly...

Sounds like she is another real treat and yet again instead of the focus on the child and justice for her, we can read or view more Jerry Springer type garbage put on by quite the cast of characters.

MSM is trash journalism in my book at the moment. Journalism is a word undeserved to describe what they do these days quite honestly.

Pretty disgusting when this is about a dead child and they do this for whatever the reason is and try to incite something with no care about the case or child. I think it truly needs to be looked into as a part of this case.

Several months ago I read or watched something that said even the major outlets are failing and losing money. Budgets are gone for real journalism and for travel and in depth reporting in most cases. It went on to say that the reporters just get online and get their facts and stories from websites like FB, Reddit, probably here, comments under other news articles, etc. because it is cheaper and quicker. This though fails as trustworthy news because they do not take the time to check sources, verify if fact, investigate for themselves, because if they do, someone else beats them to that almost instant headline. I have come to doubt proofreaders and editors even exist any longer. It is not hard to believe imo.

In this case though, it looks to be a lot more than that. This seemed intentional. The article was first published without the wrong information and the timing was uncanny when it added the incorrect info. Then it was corrected...

for me the biggest problem with msm atm is fluid articles.
it is tragic.
you can read something and an hour later you can resource the same piece but its different.

King's Angels, a group founded after baby King Jay Davila went missing from San Antonio earlier this year, wants to set up a memorial in Maleah's honor.
