*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9:30am CT) – TX – Marcel Ndossoka (8) & Anna-Belle Faith Ndossoka (1) (August 4, 2018, Houston) - *Jean Pierre Ndossoka (61/now 65) “father” arrested & charged (8/5/18) with 2 counts of capital (Felony) murder. No bond. Probable cause found (8/7/18), no arraignment held yet.
Was on run, but found 8/5/18 with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, taken to hospital in stable condition.
He first said he choked the two children, but later confessed to using a knife to cut their throats. He confirmed that the knife found at the house was the murder weapon & also confessed to writing the note, which was found at the apartment.
