While researching possible cases involving Israel Keyes, I came across this man missing from Vidor, Texas. Keyes is known to have rented a car in Houston, Texas the day Mark went missing and drove the vehicle over 2,000 miles across Texas and into Louisiana, which includes passing through Vidor on the most direct route. Keyes admitted to looking for his victims around campgrounds and fishing areas, and generally his supposed (I say supposed because very few have been definitively linked to him) victims were crimes of opportunity. He did not seem to discriminate between male and female. The victims Keyes alluded to have largely never been found, but could this man have been a victim of his?

Oldbury was last seen in Vidor, Texas on February 2, 2012. His uncle dropped him off at Mansfield Ferry Road at 4:00 p.m. so he could go on a solo fishing and camping trip. He has never been heard from again. Searchers found his clothes, shoes, backpack, wallet and fishing pole scattered over a wide area, but there was no sign of Oldbury himself.
Oldbury has a drug problem and, in mid-January 2012, he spent three days in jail on a charge of public intoxication. On January 27, less than a week before his disappearance, the police took him to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. On January 31, against his mother's wishes, the staff at the hospital deemed him well enough to go home and he was released into his uncle's care.

Oldbury's mother stated her son frequently claimed to be Jesus or King James and that he was taking bath salts, a drug that can cause delusions, hallucinations and suicidal thoughts.

In February 2013, a year after his disappearance, Oldbury's family obtained a death certificate for him and held a memorial service. Investigators believe he drowned on his fishing trip. His body has never been found.

Do you think that Mark is possibly the man this woman is talking about? Both situations take place in the same town and not that far from each other.
I was stalked and hunted in cemetery by a serial killer who 'slayed 11'
She is either talking about Mark, or about Jimmy Tidwell who disappeared around the same time a little further away.

Jimmy is the more likely Keyes victim of the two (he almost definitely was one) but it is possible that both were victims, and yeah I think it’s more likely that Mark is who she was referring to.
