Pro MMA fighter with three pending murder charges escapes from custody in Conroe

Says he escaped at 7:30 AM and this one says deputies found his shirt. Focusing on the Walmart. Wonder if he grabbed a shirt and dumped the other one.

I’ve read so many articles, one said he was seen heading east on foot.

I don't believe for one moment that CM was fully restrained. Could well be that his legs were not shackled and he kicked the door of the van open, he is a martial arts expert after all.

UPDATE: Cedric Joseph Mark's has NOT yet been captured. There are several comments and misinformation being shared. Local Law Enforcement agencies are working together to investigate this escape and locate Marks. @ConroePolice

He absolutely COULD NOT have been in leg irons! No way, no how!

Unfreaking believable that these transport people were SO lazy and stupid. :mad: ITA with the previous poster who said there was NO WAY this guy was running if he had leg shackles... so, these transport idiots LEAVE the van unattended, with a poorly restrained murderer inside, so they could get some food??? WTH??? :mad:

I am hoping that this wasn't a planned escape. I would think that the authorities transporting prisoners use various routes and not always the same - to prevent someone from planning an escape with someone waiting there to help.

I do too zencompass, however it sounds like the people transporting him were not authorities at all, but just some contracted company used to do a job. UGH... complete and total failure in every possible way. :mad::mad::mad:

It's too bad there isn't some way restaurants like McDonald's could provide some way people could order and pick up their food while staying in their vehicle... We could maybe call it "drive-through" or something... /sarcasm
