Video Surveillance:
- Colin and Mo leaving the area before the murder
- 4 cameras caught KA's Jeep circling the area
- KA's Jeep spotted at the base of the apartment stairs one minute after Mo unlocks the door
Ballistic Evidence:
- 3 shell casings and 3 projectiles were recovered
- all were analyzed and compared to KA's gun
- both guns were test fired, Colin's gun was excluded
- results show match between spent casings at murder scene and KA's gun
DNA Evidence:
Mo's bike was swabbed after it was found in the bushes 20 yards from the murder scene; DNA expert found strong likelihood that DNA matches that of KA
