A 21-year-old man has been charged with murdering Rico Burton in Altrincham over the weekend.

Liam O’Prey, of no fixed abode, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.

He was arrested following the death of Rico, 31, outside a bar in the Goose Green area in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The second man has been released on bail pending ongoing enquiries, Greater Manchester Police said.

O’Prey will also stand accused of the section 18 assault of a 17-year-old boy who was critically injured and received life-saving treatment from members of the public at the scene following the alleged incident.

"No fixed abode" could mean homeless, but it could also mean that the accused, like Tyson Fury, is also an ethnic Traveler.

Though Irish / British travelers are the most famous, many European countries have or had Traveler groups that resemble Roma in nomadic lifestyle, but are indigenous to their respective countries. These other countries include northern Spain, France, Germany and Norway.

That trivia aside, ethnic Travelers in Ireland and the UK have a long reputation for boxing prize fighting and for having an honor based culture where disputes are handled, well, "physically" and for traditionallhy large families.

Further trivia, most of the wedding on My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding were Travelers, not Roma.

A man has been found guilty of murdering the cousin of world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury with a knife during a bar brawl.

Liam O'Pray, 22, was convicted of fatally stabbing Rico Burton, 31, in Altrincham, last year.
Manchester Crown Court heard the seven-inch blade almost completely severed a major artery in Mr Burton's neck causing massive blood loss.
O'Pray, of Salford, had denied murder during the trial.
He was found guilty by a jury of seven women and five men after three-and-a-half hours of deliberations following a three-week trial.
