Jane Doe, commonly known as "the Bridge Lady" aka Zamika Siselia Nomore," first arrived in the Morehead-Rowan County area sometime around 2009-2010. Her origins have been a mystery to all who have known her. Befriended by a few, she was a very private person and extremely independent. She often gave conflicting information about herself and was particularly protective of her identity and her privacy. In various environments, she used different names such as "Grace," "Aisha," or "Denise." She departed this life under a bridge near Morehead on December 15, 2018.

Although most did not know "the Bridge Lady" well, she was a constant in many prayers throughout the community. During the winter months and periods of inclement weather, such as flooding, people prayed especially for her safety and her warmth. Perhaps she never imagined the range of community support and concern for her well-being.

Passersby could often spot "the Bridge Lady" on US 60 wearing her trademark black apparel, walking with a purpose and seemingly content. She was a frequent visitor of the local food bank/ Gateway Helping Hands and Christian Social Services. Evidently, she did not care for material possessions, lived life on her terms, and did not seek or like attention.

Even though she did not want to be at the forefront of attention, "the Bridge Lady" caused people to come together to make sure she received an appropriate funeral and burial. Thank you, Mike Ockerman, for raising the funds to accomplish this goal. More than 300 people contributed to the cause. May "the Bridge Lady" be forever warm and enjoy the paradise that God has for her.

Morehead, KY is seven and one-half hours away from where Celiscia went missing. This UID woman, who went by various aliases (listed below) lived in Morehead for about 10 years prior to her death. Neither profile shows any ruleouts. Their physical descriptors are very close except age. There is only an "Estimated Age Group Adult - Pre 70". So technically Celiscia falls into that age range but that's nothing concrete.

Upon first glance I thought the UID was an elderly woman. I'll admit the photo of the lady in the pic that looks like she's in a store looks as though she's an elderly woman but the PM pic (WARNING - GRAPHIC PM PHOTO IN NamUs PROFILE) looks as though she might be a middle-aged woman who has lived a very rough life. Her skin isn't silky smooth per se but she isn't elderly wrinkled either. I think she has a hearing aid or some type of listening device in her left ear (in the store pic) and she has very poor teeth/gums/lips in the PM pic. I don't see a huge resemblance in the "store" pic but when I view the 2010 booking photo posted on the profile I see a resemblance between the UID woman and Celiscia who would be 34-yo this year. Those puckered lips and her eyes and nose have a strong resemblance (IMO).

5'2", 115lbs. is what's shown on the booking photo from 9 years ago. NamUs profile shows 5'0", 114lbs. It's possible she lost an inch or two (e.g., deg. disc. disease, etc. or measurment challenges/errors) and of course weight easily fluctuates due to time, age, lifestyle choices, diet, etc. Celiscia was reportedly 130lbs when she went missing.

I tried to find more information about Celiscia's disappearance but didn't find anything. I wonder if she ranaway to start a new life elsewhere and chose Morehead, KY as her new hometown? It sounds to me as if this UID did not want to be identified while living. She gave a false name upon arrest and to various "others" with whom she associated. Here's what the profile says about her name:

"Used name Siscelia Nomore when arrested by Morehead PD 2010 and gave alias of Zamika. Had told others to call her Denise."

So it got me thinking about whether her alias was meant to deflect from her given name. Nomore makes me think she's simply saying she doesn't want to be "Siscelia" no(any) more or the old "Siscelia" is no more. Then again Nomore could be a crude insult of some sort to the 'More'head PD. Of course there's no way I'll ever know but this all just struck me funny. Anyways, I did a NamUs search and found Celiscia's profile. Celiscia Lastacia Neely. Celiscia is the correct spelling, I assume. Siscelia is perhaps a play on the spelling especially if she was intent on not being identified and found.

Of course, all of this is MOO and is open to interpretation so I'd love to read what you think about this. TIA!

I haven't read anything that anyone has called this in yet. I was hoping for feedback then I'll be happy to submit this potential match but you're welcome to now if you'd like. Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one suspicious about the name and aliases.

The age--I'm not confident about at all. I realized after posting the earlier message that the 2010 booking photo lists her reported age as 65. That would make the UID 74yo. Whether she was really 65 in 2010 is anyone's guess. She also said her name was "Siscelia Nomore".

The age is the main thing that troubles me as well. The UID does look over 60 years old, though it’s definitely possible that she lied about her age as you suggested. I’m not really comfortable with calling things in (not being from the US, nor a native english speaker).

Some of the records report her height as 5'2 and others as 5'6. That's a significant difference. Her height as measured on NAMUS is 5'0.

Some spelling differences: Zamika/Zamicka, Siselia/Siscelia. I don't think either of these were her real name as the spelling would be uniform across the board.

That's really interesting! Hurricane Katrina did displace a ton of people.

Just a few thoughts, and as always IMHO.
In her arrest photo from 2010, she looks much younger. Add to that the writing sample from her notebook, the cursive style printing, I'd gather that her age is in her early to mid 50's.
Also, her writing sample suggests, someone dealing with schizophrenia. She is referring to people as numbers and telling them to 'shut the f up'.
I can see her being a pretty, intelligent, educated woman and who probably was hospitalized for schizophrenia in her early to mid 20's.

Could Siscelia's real identity be Armenta Teresa Williams?

The circumstances surrounding Armenta's disappearance suggest that she disappeared from Washington, DC (approx. 7 hours from Morehead, KY) after speaking with someone who was incarcerated. There's a discrepancy regarding the year she went missing. Most profiles lists 2006 while The Charley Project shows 2012. There is a brief explanation below regarding the dates. The obit and NamUs profile for Siscelia states that she was a member of the Morehead, KY community for 10 years. That would certainly fall in line with Armenta's 2006 disappearance date but a few years short of the 2012 date. These dates and the timeline need to be confirmed but assuming the 2006 date, here's why I think Armenta could be a match to our UID, Siscelia.

WARNING - Please be aware that it might be necessary to use the post mortem (PM) pic posted on Siscelia's NamUs profile in order to make some of the visual comparisons discussed below. I am not posting the pic here due to WS rules.

Hair color and hairline - When I compared Armenta's pic with the PM pic of Siscelia, there seems to be a similarity in both the salt & peppery coloring of their hair as well as a rather similar shape of their hairline.

Nose shape - A comparison of the two pics below shows a slight similarity in the nose shapes. There's nothing outstanding in these two shots except a "perhaps they're similar" but when I compare Armenta's nose to the PM photo I get more of a feeling of "match!". That point at the tip of the nose and the way it snugs up against the divit on her lip just seems to fit. Maybe it's only me but there seems to be a very significant likeness of the noses. Also the lines/indentations running next to the nose down to the mouth tend to line up on most of the pic comparisons. It's a pretty prominent feature in all the pics, even the profile shot of Siscelia.

Left ear split - I noticed what looks to be a healed split in the left earlobe on both Armenta's pic and Siscelia's profile shot. The PM pic shows Siscelia's left earlobe. There is a discoloration mark and an indentation in a spot either exactly in or very close to the location of the split on both pics described but the split itself is not showing.

Ear shape - The ear shapes compared using Siscelia's PM, profile shot, and Armenta's pic seem close, especially at the tragus in the way it tends to stick out. The PM pic and Armenta's pic both give a good view of the antiherix. (I used an outer ear labeled diagram for identification of ear parts.) I can't seem to ignore how similar it looks as well.

Moles - I noticed the prominent moles under Armenta's eyes. She's got more than a few under the left eye and one or two under her right eye. These seem placed appropriately to Siscelia's moles given age, camera angles, lighting, etc.

Lips - These full, pursed lips in both pics below share a similar shape and fullness. The pics below show the most similarity( imo) but the 2010 photo is another good shot for lip comparison. The PM photo does no justice for much of a lip comparison but perhaps another, more experienced sleuther would notice and point out differences or similarities in their lips. There's just something "pouty" or smirky about Armenta and Siscelia's lips.

Eyes - Here too, it's more of a feeling about the way the eyes look back at me. Perhaps I've lost my mind, whatever of it I had left, but there's a look there I seem to get when comparing MP and UID pics. Shaping seems to me to be similar but I've no training in that kind of comparison. However, there'somewhat of a squint in both shots below and Siscelia's 2010 photo. Eye color is listed as brown in both profiles.


It'd be nice if someone could do a pic timeline with all the shots (maybe not the PM photo). Perhaps we could see some kind of age progression amongst all the photos. I think there's more I noticed but I'm now second guessing myself due to having stared at these pics for so long that I risk seeing what's not there and/or missing obvious features. Is there a WS diagnosis or term for that? I think I know the cure for it which seems to be to walk away away this point. Ha

It would also be interesting to find out who is the person at the correctional facility that talked to Armenta . This person is also the person who reported her missing. I wonder if this person and his/her associated arrest records prior to and since Armenta's missing date could give an idea as to whether Armenta left to go in hiding or she was harmed. It could be that Armenta was running from this person or someone they both knew, some prison rumor of revenge from someone else, or just knowing information about a crime and that the heat was about to increase. This tidbit just sits funny for me. I'd love to know more.

I think this case might be solvable if the discrepancies are worked out. If in fact Armenta's missing date is 2006 and her height is an estimated 5'4", then I'd be fairly confident this is a strong potential match.

Charley lists Armenta's missing date (2012) six years after the date reported on her NamUs profile (2006) and most other MP profile sites. The only explanation I could find is shown below retrieved from the following link. Notice her height is given as 5'10" on this report whereas her NamUs profile lists her height as 5'4". Both are more than Siscelia's reported height of 5'0" but I wonder whether a four inch discrepancy is within the margin of error to be considered a potential match.

And now, if this turns out to be a match to Armenta, add to this Armenta's height of 5'4" as reported on her NamUs profile and 5'10" in the news article quoted above. We now have 5'0", 5'2", 5'4", 5'6", and 5'10". What a mess.

Maybe this woman? Bernadine Waters Gunner – The Charley Project 5'0 - 5'1, would be 61 now, at least one ear is pierced twice (can't see the other that well), missing since 7/11/2010 (before the arrest date in december in Namus picture shown) from NJ, approx. 11 hours apart.
