Me too.

I am happy that he is making some progress but it is still horrible that this young boy’s life was forever changed by the criminal who threw him off a roof.

The boy’s life and the lives of his family members will never be the same.

No, no, no, no..I think I'm going to be sick. I think I need like a mental health break from all this right now. It's too much. I'd die if someone did that. I'm terrified of heights. I'm terrified of my children falling from heights. For someone to pick up someone's innocent child and toss them off a building! WTF is wrong with this world?!!?

The six year old little boy was thrown from the 10th story of a building. Amazing that he survived.

I’ve been following his progress since the crime happened over three years ago. Such a horrific thing to happen to a family on an outing.

I hope the criminal who threw him off the roof never gets released.

Aw, little man calls his rehab "Naruto training". My son loves Naruto and that touched my heart.

For the aggressor--- I worked in mental health for 16 years. I actually was the Associate Director for community homes (used to be called group homes). I 100% do not understand why anyone who needs 1 on 1 supervision for 20 hours a day would have 4 hours unsupervised. The step down from 1:1 would be to going to the regular staffing of 1:3 for 24 hour supervision. If he needed 1:1, his care plan never should have included unsupervised hours. I need to talk to that behavior specialist...... If this guy insisted on unsupervised hours, I would have instructed my staff to be more aware, because he was planning something. My 1:1 staff (which is very rare, by the way) had a 3 foot rule. The step down program was "no more than 6 feet away" rule. A 1:1 means someone was at serious risk of injury. Unfortunately, this family found that out without any way of knowing what was lurking around them.
