This is just about the most detailed picture I've seen of the horseshoe....all those potential eyes, well, windows looking out but in the black of night seeing nothing.

So far as we know, the last place Corrie was seen....but what happened after he turned and headed towards those bloomin' bins???

The Google Maps image was taken October 2015 - says so in the bottom right hand corner of the screen when in StreetView.

That's why I always thought there was someone there. To me the hands stuffed in the pockets and his head slightly down and looking around, was either unsure or shy. It's why I dismissed the 'going for a wee' theory until last night.

They do, but we come back to the old problem, I think - if the phone was in the bin lorry, why was it apparently still in contact with the BM mast as late as 8am when the bin lorry should have been well on its way to its final destination and well out of BM mast range by then? Unless the bin lorry was making a lot more pickups within the mast area than we've been made aware of.

Would it be beyond the realms of possibility that he was hit by a "larger vehicle" of some sort near the wall, rendered either unconscious & critically injured or killed outright and dragged into the cab.
Presumably he wouldn't have been sitting upright so wouldn't be seen on camera in the cab next to the driver and could have then been disposed of, with his phone still in his pocket, somewhere along the road in a ditch or in a secluded spot, whether that's forest or water. Hence the phone not moving out of the BM area.
Would any CCTV have seen that happening?
Is that part of the wall covered as far as we know?

Re the bin lorry movement matching the mobile pings, it's crossed my mind a few times that perhaps the mobile (& maybe Corrie) were in a vehicle that was "stuck behind" the lorry (& couldn't overtake it). Would explain the similarity in movements.

That's been at the back of my mind for a while. Although the A1101 does seem to have some straightish stretches where one might be able to overtake in daylight, I wouldn't like to risk it in the dark. Much safer to just tuck in behind and hope the bin lorry turns off somewhere.

It really is beyond the realms of possibility. Not to be condescending, but maybe some here need to take a couple days break, clear your mind, and come back to it.

You're suggesting that Corrie, who has no problem getting in and out of a Hercules aircraft...

...couldn't see or hear a bin lorry approaching until it reversed into him.

It's pretty ridiculous.

A few questions:
1. Can anyone post a link of the person walking the same route as Corrie and filming it please. It was in daylight and I'm guessing Nicola filmed it.
2. I need a local to identify the tree outside Greggs and the smaller trees in pedestrian area leading to the Horseshoe.
3. Also, a close photo of the masonry that's been damaged in the previous photos. Look for gauge marks and particularly paint colour left on the brickwork.
4. Last, I need a guesstimate of how high the loading bays are to the rear of The Cornwalk....knee high, chest high, neck high?

TIA

Have I missed something (don't have time to go through all the posts I've missed) but in that Express report, under the pic of Corrie it says 'police forensics found no evidence of blood on the young man's recovered phone'
Have they found his phone or is this shoddy reporting like the cars have been traced and discounted?

Can you add in the police information? For example that after phone data analysis, they put Corrie/his phone in Mildenhall from 4.30-8am? I would say that's a pretty important fact.
There need to be police facts in there too otherwise the differences between the family & police information won't be evident...if that makes sense?
Did this 0430 in mildenhall fact go on the timeline? The 0800 is on there but not the beginning time. Also is there anything further re the MSM "no blood on the recovered phone" quote?

To be fair I'm sure he doesn't usually jump in and out of a Hercules after drinking a skinful and falling asleep in the street. I think it's ridiculous that a 23 year old man could just disappear in a busy town centre that's mostly covered with CCTV but it happened!

It's pretty ridiculous.

My point was trying to validate him sitting behind that wall asleep or urinating/defalcating there or for shelter until his lift arrived. He's already proved to us that he can lay down or 'take a knee' in the Hughes doorway and sleep. Granted he can get in and out of a Fat Albert without issue but not when he's drunk as much as he had that night. Anything is possible in this case surely?

I was about to say something along similar lines.
Best friend is in the "mechanical" field in the Army. Regularly fixes things on the hoof, under fire and with a lot of noise involved.
However after a night out drinking, I wouldn't trust him to hear or notice Santas sleigh rolling past him on the street, especially if he was either using his phone, being sick or something along those lines

I only see 0430 left BSE mast and bin lorry entry with no link. There should also be a 0430 entry for the police statement quoted by cotswold emmie link about being in mildenhall based on mobile data.

When the forensics team went to the horseshoe, wouldn't the broken wall have been one of the first things they'd see, grab the bricks to take in for sampling and have police check the time of the incident that took out the wall to see if there could be a connection? There could easily be fibres or skin samples on those bricks if there was someone behind the wall hurt that badly, even if the person wasn't bleeding out.

If Corrie was crouched down behind the wall, would a driver bother to even look behind the wall or would they just quickly drive off?

Clown man sounds more like he hurt someone in the street and left them there. I don't know what it takes for someone to escalate in behaviour but it seems like a big escalation to go from beating someone up in the street to moving a body and hiding it so effectively that it's not found for 80 days? It's a good point, though, that there does seem to be a lot of lower level crime around that area and we don't have details of them all, any of those crimes could be related.

Thank you! Link here for anyone else looking.

Link is above for the 0430 entry of corrie/phone in mildenhall area based on police mobile data. Are we just putting facts only in the timeline now as per ttwo message or is everything staying in even though no corroboration? Have missed a lot of reading and just playing catch up.
