Unidentified women with similar distinct dentures

So I was on namus and I came across these un identified women , with distinct gold stars in their dentures. Is this odd?

Are that 2 women or only one? Found 2001/2005. California/Arizona.

It's 2 different women. The first picture is from the woman found in California, she had a gold star on one of her (natural) teeth. The woman found in Arizona had dentures (I assume, some of the pics originally posted aren't available anymore and the case file doesn't mention anything about them).
The woman found in California in 2001 most likely died while crossing the border and she may have been from Ecuador. There's very little info on the woman found in Arizona, but I was able to put together that she was found on the Tohono O'odham reservation, which is near the border- So probably a migrant as well. I don't think they're similar enough to be collected, especially since I've noticed grills/tooth jewelry are more common among the Hispanic/Latin population.
