Looks like an older, scruffy Harrison Ford to me.

A mystery man believed to be his 70s has been locked up in a Utah jail for more than three weeks and has baffled investigators because he refuses to reveal his identity or provide any details about his life.

There was another inmate in Utah that committed a petty crime in order to be "locked up" so that he could receive health care services. This man is pretty scruffy. Maybe he wants a bed, bath, food, and health care too. :dunno:

Maybe there are other warrents out for him and he is a fugitive.

Phillip Beavers

His identity has been found. His family is from New Mexico and saw the news. They identified him. They are thrilled to know where he is!!

But Tuesday morning, Harris said deputies received a call from Nevada, who called to identify the mystery inmate as his brother. Family members told deputies they lost contact with Beavers in late June. Harris said Beavers lost his job and got on a bus to Salt Lake City on June 24.
