WTF does him getting gas have to do with this??!! Someone please enlighten me.

So since that the pub ban is lifted or whatever it is can I NOW finally say things regarding Dellens dealings years ago? I also still dont feel my friends death who I met Dell through was a suicide.. could have been Im sure, but I will never be 100% until I know the specifics. As far as Dell and his life when I met him, he was a heavy drug dealer even telling complete strangers he "had anything they needed" mainly he dealt crack and meth, powder, pills.. pot yeah but wasnt his thing coke was. His basement had little stalls, like rooms for "escorts" with a bed, tv, and little armoire..that was it.. about 6 in basement in vaughn.. rented rooms upstairs monthly to disabled/welfare ppl and addicts..

Is this friend who committed suicide someone other then LB that we have never heard of???? Did WM live in these homes as well???? Did you also meet any of the other people there, MS, MM, CN or AM??? Were they also part of this scene??

Here's the question: Tim went to fill up the truck with gas. Is there mention of the time of the time Tim got gas? They're wondering about that and Wayne De Boer's testimony.

Mark Smich and Dellen Millard are back in the courtroom. Justice Goodman reading the question. It is about Sharlene Bosma's testimony.

Juror's asking about Sharlene's testimony saying Tim went to get gas that night. Judge says he's listened to testimony and no mention of it.

That was fast. They must have them in holding cells in the courthouse.

Jury is being brought into the courtroom.

Judge is rereading the jury's question. Sharlene Bosma is leaning forward in her usual front row seat in the courtroom.

Only thing I can think of is trying to explain the truck going past Super Soaker the extra times on the video.

Doesn't the jury have access to testimony? Seems ridiculous that they have to go off memory of stuff that happened two months ago.

Justice Goodman says to everyone's best recollection, there was no time mentioned as to when Tim got gas.

They're wondering about the phone call from De Boer's testimony.

To the best of my recollection and that of counsel, there was no time mentioned, says judge.

According to De Boer's testimony, he didn't hear the phone. But he heard Bosma's phone, and he heard the voices coming up the driveway.

Goodman says that's what he has. He's happy to answer other questions tomorrow. He tells them they had a long day, and it's time for them to get a "good night's rest" and a "hearty breakfast in the morning." That's it for deliberations tonight. The jury is being taken to their hotel.

"Tim went to fill up the truck with gas. Is there mention of the time Tim got gas? We'd like to review Mrs. Bosmas testimony."

They also would like to review Wayne De Boer's testimony about the phone call.

Goodman tells them there was no time given in testimony. He now is going back to De Boer's testimony.

De Boer testified about the men coming down the driveway, and Tim coming out concurrently.

Goodman tells them they are done for the day. He suggests "a good night's rest and a hearty breakfast in the morning."

First 2 witnesses, so at least we know they are starting at the start.

Earlier pass of similar truck past SS?

I don't really get why this is a sticking point. There is absolutely no proof that it's the same truck and not even a stretch to think it could be a different but similar one. It's not like he drove a lime green truck.

Oh boy if this is a sign of how they are going through evidence (my guess is chronologically, and they are still on SB and WD's testimonies) this may take weeks. IMO.
