I am based on the crime. But wanting to just have it to sting her, That is just emotional.

Yeah emotional! How emotional do you think Travis was while he was screaming and begging for mercy? And for what? Because he had sex with a crazy woman? Yeah, people want a stung look on her face. Look. I get what you are saying. I couldn't be on a jury. I would be honest with the court. BUT....if you are on a jury then give to her what she gave to Travis. Good grief.

Eta: I didn't mean to sound angry. I am nervous. I heard Jodi's mom is in hallway. I cannot help but realize she feels so alone right now. Jodi has hurt so many people.

Troy Hayden said the jury sent a note late yesterday to the judge. This concerns me. The note could have said they are hung. He said the judge told them it would be announced this morning.

Court didn't start. They had their verdict last night.. All the jurors were not even in when the motion all started.
