Waterman was last seen by her boyfriend, Akeem Cruz, between 8 and 9 p.m. on June 5, according to police reports, and he spoke with her on the phone for the last time at around 1:30 a.m. June 6.

Also, some interesting additional information that I had completely forgotten! It's a very good read!

Around 1:15 a.m., Waterman got a call from Cruz, Ela said phone records show. It's not known what if anything was said between them. Security video shows Waterman leaving the hotel at 1:30, police said. Ela said she has seen the video, which showed Waterman was alone.

A law enforcement source said she had arranged a date without Cruz's knowledge and met the man in his car.

 
Damn...he knew where the security cameras were located at the hotel! That's why he had her walk to meet him somewhere out of camera shot! *face palm*

And I bet you anything, he knew where the security cameras were at Maureen's hotel too.

VERY likely! And, with MW he was obviously already close the hotel when the "date" was arranged.... as it was planned/arranged within just a few minutes IF we believe Cruz knew nothing about this date. Either she made the date after his (AC's) call OR she made it earlier and chose not to tell him (much like JusticeForever suggestive previously... which could be the case, too). OR maybe AC is lying. Hmmm... always more questions. :banghead:
 
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know who's in charge of the security camera at the Oak Beach gated community? Someone must be responsible for it, otherwise, why the hell is it there?

Since April 2011 rumors have swirled that CPH voluntarily manned the gate house, played a role as security guard and or fake police officer in the community, and drove a vehicle equipped with flashing lights on the dashboard etc. During my tour of OB it was described to me in detail how he was always in the gatehouse and or at the gate, maintaining/painting the structure itself etc.

I find this believable because he did take pay cuts to work for the police for some period of time, and took a pay cut to work for the fire department, and took pay cuts to work as Director of EMS instead of in settings where most doctors work. Moreover, in his own words, "....on a complimentary basis helping police, fire department, and coast guard as required."

It never specifically occurred to me how this experience, if true, could be related to the perps conscientious approach to security cameras.

I got the impression that was more of a house in the Bronx that had an apt in it. Which would lead me to believe there likely wouldn't be a camera there.

Yep, I do recall that, Spider. Plus, I believe Melissa was strictly outcall, so getting her away from witnesses (human or electronic), wouldn't have been much of a problem for this guy.

So what do we know for certain? That he arranges to pick all the girls up in his vehicle, and avoids eyewitness/cameras like the plague. He could have had dates with Megan and Maureen in the hotel rooms they normally worked out of...he didn't. He could have had a date with Amber at the house she normally worked out of...he didn't. And he didn't even pick any of the girls (including Melissa) up from these locations, but rather had them all walk to a "neutral" location. No hobbyist offers big bucks for a car date, and every provider surely knows this, so he was taking these girls somewhere...and they knew it, imo. I'm guessing a party.

Anyone know what time the LI strip clubs "officially" close? Are there after hours clubs for members?

Also, in regards to the argument whether Manorville killer is GB4 killer, if he had no problem driving to the bronx to pick up Melissa, he wouldn't have a problem driving to Port Authority to pick up JT etc.

Do we know for sure he picked up Melissa and she didn't take a train to LI ?

I am basing my assumption that they are seperate because of the style. I couldnt see the Doc throwing sets of legs off the bridge down the road from his house. I could see him panicking and wrapping the girls up in burlap and throwing them off OP though. SO yes, I am very prejudice the doc is atleast responsible fro SG and the GB4.

It would take a mountain of persuasion to convince me that our guy has anything to do with Manorville .I think he was as surprised as anyone when victims of other murders turned up in his personal trophy case. In fact, I'll go out on a limb here and say it pissed him of royally.

Manorville and G4 all one and the same intelligent, productive, historically disturbing Jack the Limper. Details of the SG/JB/MP/CPH connection/web/conspiracy are still unknown. I just hope we get an answer in our lifetimes so I can say told you so or make a video of myself consuming 2 cooked pig heads and put it on youtube for WS pleasure.

If it wasn't CPH how did his neighbor know where SG would be found? This is an easily verifiable fact!

Truth...Can you give me the neighbor knowledge details? I remember seeing it but didn't know if it was confirmed as fact. PM if you don't want to post it.

Truth, if you are correct about JT being chopped up by CPH....I will buy the bluepoint keg and the "tobacco" plant. We can set the keg up on that big dock that is right where you enter OB from OP. Great view from that dock.
