I have heard NOTHING on the news about what happened in court. I don't even know if it happened becuase the christopfer williams trial started. I did get a call from his grandmother though, saying that he has been trying to get a court date for a long time now.

I will let everyone know as soon as i hear something.

Handwritten notes filed by the judge after Wednesday's status conference indicate he is willing to consider expert testimony including a "possible psychiatrist re. voluntariness of confession." He ordered another hearing within 90 days.

Dear dark_shadows,
Thank you for responding to this, My heart is also with Eric it has been with him since day 1. That's right there is MUCH more to this, when this all happened, LE was really quick on this investigation. Eric did not do this you are absolutley correct on that.

Eric I miss you come home soon.
