Yes, a suspended sentence and probation. Also, the inability to vote (depending on the state) or possess a firearm since they’re now felons. unbelievable.

5 yrs after the death of their baby, and 4 years after being initially charged with manslaughter, the prosecutor offers a plea for a suspended sentence and probation!

I never found any MSM on the guilty plea but I believe the lengthy delay helped the defendants since they've been on bail release the entire time and must have been compliant to suggest that they would be good candidates for probation.

I'd still like to read the terms of the suspended sentence for probation and how long and whether or not they will be drug tested.
