SUMMARY: White female 12-15 years of age. 5’ 2” – 5’ 9”, possibly left handed, crooked and overlapping front teeth.These remains were found 03-21-84 at South 146 and 16 Ave South, in swampy area west of a Little League baseball field in the Burien area near Des Moines Memorial Drive. Death probably occurred in the Spring or Summer of 1983. Dental records are available and a DNA profile has been developed by the University of North Texas and placed into CODIS. A new facial reconstruction was done by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.GARY LEON RIDGWAY admitted to this murder, pled guilty and is serving life in prison.

This Jane Doe has been unidentified for 27 years now, so I thought I'd start a thread for her. I couldn't find a listing for her on NamUs.

On March 21, 1984 the remains of this deceased female were found near a little league baseball park in the Burien area off Des Moines Memorial Drive, King County, Washington.

The decedent was estimated to be between 12 and 18 years of age. She was between 5’02” and 5’08” tall. Her hair and eye color are unknown.

NCMEC has this Doe listed as a white female. Rhonda is a black female. I realize that because of this its 99% likely not her. But I just wanted to put it out there since Rhonda disappeared from Burien. Stranger things have happened.

Missing since August 1977. Age 21. 5'7". 110 lbs. Black hair. Brown eyes.

Based on the Doe Network link, Gary Ridgeway said he killed her. He said he THOUGHT she was Caucasian, in her 20s, with brown hair. I wonder if they have forensically been able to determine her race, or if they are just going by his guess?

Has Kase Ann Lee been ruled out? She disappeared on August 28, 1982 and is thought to be a victim of Gary Ridgway as well.

I hope that they are going by anthropological data (with regard to the race of the victim) and not just taking Gary's word for it; I vaguely remember reading that he had described Patricia Michelle Barczak, who was white, as being a black woman and Kelly Ware, who was a light skinned black woman, as being white and other things like that. Its really upsetting that he doesn't remember any of the victims names and not much details about them. Maybe it comes from not thinking of them as actual people; I don't know. :furious:

OK, I've been doing some more digging - I've submitted both Kelly Kay McGinness and Kase Ann Lee to be checked against both UIDs. I'm sure these must have been checked but it won't hurt to submit them and see if I can get them listed in Namus too so we can start seeing rule outs.

Kerry Johnson seeems the obvious first option. So obvious that I would suspect that they already have looked at it. You can't always presume that.

But they do have DNA on Kerry, and the Jane Doe's full STR and mtDNA profiles are in CODIS, so this is probably a rule-out by default.

It looks like all but one of these is from WA. Wasn't part of Ridgway's plea agreement there that he had to give all the information he knew about the WA murders in order to avoid the death penalty - so has he been quizzed about these? I know that he denied killing Amina Agisheff (who was on the list) and they have thus assumed that he didn't kill her. The OR case would be a different issue.

Huh. That only leaves one Jane Doe. The only possible Green River Killer victim that hasn't been ruled out is someone named LaShai Commissiong, but LaShai is black/Asian and much too old (apparently 24) to fit the profile. It would make sense that the Doe was never reported missing if she was a prostitute and had no family. Have they checked the Doe against Kelli McGuiness, Kristi Vorak, or Kase Lee?

I haven't seen this publicized anywhere, but it is a representation of the dentition for UP 9927 (97UFWA).

Although it is not shown here, the Jane Doe also had very crooked lower front teeth.

I was looking again at the still missing women who are possible Green River victims, and two jumped out at me as having similarly crooked upper front teeth.

I cannot imagine that these two possible Green River MP victims would not be compared to the two remaining Green River UID victims. And I wouldn't dare call them up and suggest that they do so. (LOL)

I've wondered why Diana Munyon, who has no apparent connection to Seattle, would be considered a possible GR victim. Perhaps this is what got someone's attention.
