I did a bunch of research on the MP, so I thought I would add the information here.

Julia was born in Illinois around 1947-48 and lived in 940 Main Street in St. Charles, IL in 1950. Her parents were Sidney D. and Mary E. Cannell. Sidney worked for a ladies clothing manufacturer (Geneva Coat Company). Sidney died suddenly on 5 Sept. 1959 at age 51. Julia has a sister, Mary Grace, and a brother, Myron.

Julia attended Mount St. Mary Academy in St. Charles, IL (sophomore 1963), St. Dominic College, and Northern Illinois State (senior 1970). Julia married David Charles Kolars around January/February 1970 in DeKalb County, IL. Julia filed for divorce from her husband and was granted her divorce 1 July 1976 in Seattle, Washington. They had no children. But she was living in DeKalb, IL in 1972.

I also found a picture of her from her college days - Northern Illinois U in DeKalb, senior year, 1970. See attached image.

Her ex-husband taught organic gardening in April 1977 and bought land with a Mary Murray in DeKalb 27 Jan 1979.
