Found Deceased WA - Lucian Munguia, 4, Sarge Hubbard Park play area, last seen 7:15pm, Yakima, 10 Sept 2022

Just catching up on this case...im not understanding the logic or lack there of -in regards to LE indicating there being a video from park cameras showing Lucian walking in a specific direction- alone/by himself. And based upon "said video" (that doesn't even excist) LE doesn't believe it was foul play. WHAT??? Something isn't right...why specify a direction he was (but wasn't) seen walking? Why indicate the video excisted at all? How would this ever help the investigation? IMO this false information potentially delayed locating Lucian. In addition, this so called video sighting directed the narrative surrounding Lucian's dissapearance.

This article was dated two days ago. I bolded the copied part about the video.

Yakima police are continuing their investigation into Lucian’s disappearance, YPD spokesperson Yvette Inzunza said Wednesday.

The department is asking anyone with video from the park from 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. the day Lucian was reported missing to share it with police, Inzunza said.

While early reports said YPD had video footage showing Lucian heading south and east from the parking lot, Inzunza said that information was actually based on interviews, including a child forensic interview.

YPD also confirmed that Lucian and his family were at the park by confirming Lucian’s father’s timeline of events leading to Lucian’s disappearance, Inzunza said.

In one of the pictures of Lucian with his long hair, i thought he could have been mistaken for a young girl.
I wonder if he could have been taken because of that?

With the three-month mark since Lucian Munguia was last seen fast approaching, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has released an extra photo of the 5-year-old depicting what he might look like with shorter hair.

It’s been nearly three months since then 4-year-old Lucian Munguia disappeared from Sarg Hubbard Park in Yakima and while his family is holding on to hope, but the search hasn’t uncovered any sign of their little boy.

“There’s no footage of anything; there’s nothing,” said Sandra Munguia, Lucian’s mother. “There’s no piece of clothing, no shoes, no sock, no … No anything. It’s just really, really hard.”

Munguia said they continue to work with detectives and private investigators in the search for Lucian, but there’s still no sign of him.

Police continue to state that they do not suspect foul play, but just in case Lucian may have been taken by someone who may have changed his appearance, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has released a picture of what he would look like with short hair.

“Keep praying for us and praying for Lucian,” Munguia said.

Any idea on the distance from the park he was last seen at?
There is a mention of no clothing?

What does this mean?
