A man's body was found off Beverly Park Road in Mukilteo, WA on July 3. So far, he has not been identified and no further description or details have been made public.

Yep. The other case I can think of recently that involved Mukilteo is Jacob Hilkin. He lived in Mukilteo and went missing in January of 2018 during a visit to a local casino with friends. He's not been found.

MSM says this is being investigated as a murder and is an "isolated incident". They've identified the victim as a 23 year old resident of Everett, but have not yet released his name.

There’s also Antonio Neill who fits the age/location but he went missing in dec 2016. There had been a lot of press at the time of his dissaperance as well as a podcast on his case.

Wow that’s awful so essentially two innocent people. Chances are the guy ‘spying and texting’ probably was concerned about the person sleeping in the car and was just looking in the car to check on the situation.

Sounds like no remorse from the suspect either.

The victim has been identified by the county medical examiner as 22 year old Ezekiel M. Kelly from Everett, WA.
