Is there any information on why the trial date keeps being pushed out? Will it really take place on 05/07/2019? IMO it appears the defense is attempting to get their hands on ALL the evidence. What else would it be?

Sorry to practically answer my previous post. This article explains that: "No details on the plea agreement were released. Washburn does not face the death penalty if convicted. His plea date is scheduled for Jan. 25."

So, January 25th should see some activity, correct?
