*Status Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – WA – Michella Welch (12) (Mar. 26, 1986) – Gary Charles Hartman (66/34 @ time of crime) arrested (6/20/18) & charged (6/21/18) with 1st degree murder & 1st degree rape, amended (6/25/18) to 2 counts of 1st degree murder. Plead not guilty. $5M bond.

Trial set to begin 1/30/20
6/26/18 Update: Omnibus hearing (Pretrial) on 7/26 & Jury trial set for 8/13. 7/13/18: Return on 7/24 with attorney. Other hearing dates stand. 7/24/18: Hearing is continued, as is July 26th hearing to July 31st. 8/2/18: Hearing has been continued to 8/3, trial still set for 8/13. 8/13/18: Trial on 8/13 has been continued to 11/6; next hearing 10/23.

Nothing updated in the docket part about trial being continued. From below - as I understand it - the 8/28/20 hearing was continued. So don't know "when" the next hearing will be. But I'll keep my eye on it! :)
