*Further Proceedings Hearing (@ 9:30am CT) – WI - David (72) & Kathryn Jeanne “Jan” (Mosson) (71) Metzig fatally shot by their son, Mar. 18, 2023, Wolf River. - *Erik Tyrrell Metzig (25/now 26) arrested & charged (3/21/23) & arraigned (4/17/23) with 2 counts of 1st degree intentional homicide. Plead not guilty by reason of mental disease/defect. $1M Cash bond.

Wis. Stats.

I just checked the court site and it looks like the Feb 5 has been cancelled. Next hearing at 10:30AM on 2/29/24
