Jane Marie Lamar, age 19, of 2215 16th St., Racine, Wisconsin, (her obituary in the Journal Times, Dec 31, 1975 shows her address as 5030 Graceland Blvd.) was found murdered in Parkers Park, Racine, Wisconsin, on December 28, 1975. She was found propped up against a tree, partially clothed, in pretty much the same way Tina Davidson, age 15, was propped up against a fence, unclothed, at 17th Street Beach, Racine, in 1973. Many similarities in both these cases. I think both murders were by the same person(s).
