I have been wondering this from the beginning and have neve seen it addressed. When LE came to the house, responding to the 911 call, how would they know if anyone was missing at all? Are you saying it took 3 hours before they knew there was a 13 year old daughter missing? Honestly that makes sense to me, given the very early morning hour and no one to immediately ask/interview...no family members or close neighbors... not until later on that morning.

I’m assuming they went through the house, saw her room, and it was obvious that there was no child victim, they did due diligence in attempting to locate her at a friend or relatives house, and when they were unable to locate her, it was verified that she was missing. Remember, this happened between 1230 and 3 am (when the amber alert was issued). Not a whole lot of people are up at that time.

Yes - all names of people related. I took it to mean that his name was on there because they needed to notify him of what had happened :(

I think he heard the news, called in, and it was noted that he needed to be called back. Anyone discussed in the log is on the list on the first page.

If anyone wants to play speculation game. There is one arrested held on no charge since 10-17-18. Oddly he worked at the casino they called in night of homicides. Anyone paying attention to habeous Corpus in Barron County?

That was what I was most curious about in the log- the call to the Casino. Other than for security tapes, what would be the cause to call them so quickly? I’ve had a bad feeling about the Casino from the start, and I’m not quite sure why

I firmly feel Dad walked into a home invasion. He was shot upon arrival.

That's my gut feeling as well.

I can certainly see that it could be that dad opened or went to the door and was shot, but it makes more sense to me that if it was an intended abduction the bad actor(s) would have tried to do it at a time when they one or both of JC's parents were not at home. Perhaps trying to time it when mom was typically asleep (since she'd have to wake up relatively early to work the day shift) and before dad arrived home from work.

From this link I took this screenshot...
(*sorry if this has been talked about already, I’m a little behind*)

If you see the last line that I highlighted... that seriously concerns me... anyone else??
Who are these people??
These are people that probably heard this on a scanner and came down there to see what was going on. Very common thing.

The entire dispatch log.

If you look at the top left, there is a CFS number. That stands for Call for Services. Anything associated with the 911 call will be recorded on the dispatch log under this CFS.

The other people listed are witnesses - the dispatch log notes a few people drove by and were asked to stop driving by. A relative of the victim also called, and he's then listed as "other" in the people list at the top. It is just where dispatch will log information related to this CFS (911 call).
