I feel as if Tamara has been ruled out as a match for awhile now, but I’m happy to admit I’m wrong if this isn’t the case.

I don't have access to the recent rule out list in Namus. I would have checked that first, if I had the possibility. Up the thread, there are some rule outs listed, but it's from a while back.

Earlier in the thread, it states the following....

"Chemical isotope testing performed by the Smithsonian on a sample of her hair and bone suggest she may originally have been from or spent several years of her life in Alaska, Montana or portions of southern Canada."

I just happened to look at Namus because i hadn't looked in a long time and it is saying the following...

"The victim and/or suspect *may* have been from, or spent time in, the eastern US, specifically southeastern New England, north of central New Jersey and south of New Hampshire."

That's alot of travel in such a short life. I wonder if there is a particular industry that would have a link with those areas. (Apologies am not from US/Canada)
Haven’t posted in quite a while, but she seems to have some American Indian aspects to the facial reconstruction picture. Could also explain a lot of travel in a short period of time. I have a friend who’s daughter is Polish and American Indian and has somewhat similar features.

Thanks Carbuff.
I don't think it's Tamara after all. She would have been 43 in '99, if her height is accurate there is quite a big height difference, considering the fact that she was 15 she probably could have grown a little bit more but probably not that much. They think she met foul play not long after she went missing.

What about the clothes...fibers or hair found...possible DNA?

https://wisconsindot.gov/Documents/dmv/shared/ltr-se.pdf Maybe he was a truck driver . Or maybe she was a victim of domestic violence she had injuries in various stages of healing lack of dental care lack of any care really and I highly doubt he beat that pour girl to death in a vehicle . He was in the area near by . And if her family hasn’t reached out he may have forced her to cut them off out of her life . If she is between the ages of 14 to 25 if we searched year books of schools in the surrounding counties maybe we could find her picture. Maybe the dude has a record . Honestly I don’t think a person stops this type of abuse cold turkey he has to have something on him . he couldn’t have lived very far ... we all come from some one some where and all of us leave trails well more like paper trails . There is a trace of her somewhere we just have to connect the dots .

I haven't thought or really contemplated over the details and timeline, but at first glance looking at Tamara Porrin, it was shocking to me! The curly hair, facial features, it kind of made me gasp for a second.

What if she was never actually dumped ? What if she tried to run in the early part of the morning when who ever had her had fallen asleep or left the house and later succumbed to her injuries . They say some can die within hours after blunt force trauma . Malnutrition heavy exertion and the extent of her injuries could have caused her to collapse where they found her . Did they ever say anything about the bottom of her feet ? Was she picked up from inside and carried to a vehicle ? Was her feet clean ? Or dirty from running through a corn field? Or down a road ? What did her feet look like ?

I have always been stuck on how brutally mistreated she was. The killer was absolutely cold and callused. I keep thinking this was not his first victim, or last! Anyone fit his MO?

I agree , as brutal as it was there’s no way he started out this brutal

Why would he have murdered her then dumped her body dressed in his clothes ?
Usually you hear of people dumping their victims naked especially if sexual assault occurred but never really dressed in their own clothes . If he was in a hurry I could see , but if you’ve held a person for that long your not in that big of a hurry to dispose of her body . And if he was then who was he afraid of finding out maybe someone else was living in that house with them .
