Building on this (that he said he had no phone and then pulled a phone out and was using it), why did Gabby say to tell him to get his charger, or make sure he had his phone charger (paraphrasing)? So sad, she was still taking care of him and looking out for him.

Do we know for sure that it wasn't Gabby's phone that he pulled out of his pocket? That she retained her phone the entire time?
I know she was speaking with her mum on her phone in the squad car, but is it possible that he had Gabby's phone and it was returned to her just prior to her phoning her mum?

(Sorry, I haven't watched the duration of the videos .... otherwise I might know the answer, instead of taking the lazy way out. I'm not usually lazy with the incoming MSM info, just not a fan of watching endless videos. )

1/2 North Port Police say the reports on Sept. 10 relate to the Petito family reporting Gabby missing. "We were working with the family to get them to report the issue where it needed to be reported at. We were simply not the right outlet to report a person missing...

Agreed. It's so unfortunate and I am hoping that something changes and SOON. We're seeing it in the Miya Marcano case too.

Crimes against women and children need to be treated differently. I don't know what needs to happen, but somehow we need to do better. It's an epidemic. imo.

I'm pretty sure LE said they had access to the data and GPS for both BL's and Gabby's phones. Imo

I figured they said they had access to Gabby’s because the court documents referenced when her phone was turned off, etc. But I had not heard/read they had access to BL’s phone.

This was already discussed on WS-
the sandals behind the van during the Red White and Bethune video matched ones that Gabby has worn in pictures and videos. Photographs were posted to compare. This has not been confirmed by LE that I know of, but did appear to match, IMO and others’ opinions.
Not sure what thread it was in, but it was shortly after that video came out…if you want to search for it.
