So for those not able to watch and want some insight on his body language, etc. All IMO and what I've observed:
1. He's using a lot of extra fancy language in his description. Must have used his thesaurus in preparation.
2. Uses his hands a lot when describing what happened or directions to a place.
3. Looking at Z.A. frequently when not testifying.
4. Completely sounds as though he's rehearsed this several times, not robotic just knows where the story is going. (As he should if he was prepared properly.)

My questions: Did he get any blood on him when moving Holly from the "rip rap" pile? He said there was a grapefruit
sized stain on her torso. When did the shot to the skull occur? Did he see any blood on the rip rap pile or
ground after he shot her?
How does the afternoon timeline match up with the ex-girlfriend's testimony? She said Z.A. showed up at
her work in his white truck that afternoon but J.A. is saying that they were driving to Dottie's in Dylan's black truck at 2:30 pm.

I have searched to no avail but cannot find an answer. Is there any way to hear gavel to gavel on the radio? I apologize for posting this here but we have to leave for out-of-state medical issues and I'd like to continue listening as we travel. TIA

I'm from an especially small country town much like the one he is describing. It's just the way people are from small towns when it comes to directions, landmarks etc. Also, he has probably gone over this numerous times with his attorneys and possibly the prosecutor to prepare for this day.

I don't believe it either. I hope the state has evidence he is lying and turns around and uses it against him with a credible witness! Isn't he also charged with rape? If so, his story can't be true. He is trying to save himself from the death penalty. Makes me sick to hear him talk about it like it's just another normal day in his life. I like him less and less by the second. I hope and pray there is justice for Holly and the truth is finally told. I'm not sure we will ever get the whole story.

No way is this witness telling this like it happened... I suspect that he played a way bigger role in the crimes, than he wants everyone to believe.

I really can't believe that he's testifying, without any immunity from the State. Did I miss this?
