Why is this investigation "sensitive?". The world is aware of who was killed and who was injured. The families are dealing with the incredible pain every day. Hearing the cause of the crash (which they all know or strongly suspect already) won't change anything for them, it wont bring back their loved ones. I am sure they want to know the truth. So why is announcing the true cause of the accident a "sensitive" matter?

We don't have his name, just his employer, who appears to be a recent immigrant. Her has already started up a new trucking company since he was shut down.

We don't know that it is. These are just unsubstantiated rumours. There was also a rumour that the truck driver had left the country which the RCMP vehemently denied.

I'm guessing it's sensitive because it is so emotional. But the families will have to deal with it, and are waiting to deal with it, no matter the outcome.

The families already have a very good idea of what actually happened. The physics don’t lie. The question is how did it happen, what caused the accident.

"Inflamatory"? Finally there are news reports coming out about the trucking company owner or owners. Just check Google news. You can be inflamed if you want. We pretty much know what happened. LE is still working on how and why it happened and what charges, if any, should be laid. It's becoming obvious that regulation, training and inspection in the trucking industry across Canada is lacking and needs to be overhauled if accidents like this are to be prevented.

Yes i agree with all of what you said here, but what in the world does it have to do with whether or not the driver is a "recent immigrant"? And where are you getting that info from? And what difference does it make if he is a "recent immigrant"?
