Sara's father, Urfan Sharif, had called authorities in the UK 52 minutes after their flight arrived in the Pakistani capital.

Each defendant was represented by their own lawyers in court:
Urfan Sharif by Attiq Malik;
Gias Uddin for Faisal Malik
Majid Mahmood for Batool.

Omg "causing the death between Dec, 2022 and Aug, 2023".

So does it mean they pay for these lawyers themselves?

Is Attiq M the same lawyer from Pakistan?

How do they have the money? They were on benefits!

And this is why, after the Stauch trial, I told myself I would step away from child cases for a while. But I didn't and now I need to see justice for Sara.

Monsters. The lot of them.

A post-mortem examination later found the youngster had suffered "multiple and extensive injuries" over a "sustained and extended" period of time.
The court heard her cause of death remains to be established, but she had "healed fractures" and injuries that "clearly demonstrate" the girl was subjected to "multiple events of violence".

She also died as a result of third-party involvement, the prosecution said.

That must relate to the abuse that led to the death?

I would think so. Probably basing it on the older, healed, injuries :(

According to MSM Attiq Malik is a lawyer from Liberty Law Solicitors (company that covered Grenfell Towers and various Islamophobia cases). Don't know who the other two lawyers are from. Could it be the same firm or would it be a conflict of interest and therefore they would have to go for another firm?

The defendants, from Hammond Road in Woking, spoke only to confirm their names, dates of birth and addresses and did not enter any pleas to the two charges.

Urfan Sharif had his head held down as the prosecution briefly outlined the case against the defendants.

Sharif was wearing a grey prison issue tracksuit, Malik wore a red t-shirt and blue jeans and Batool was dressed in black, and were each flanked by a dock officer.

Two of the defendants required an Urdu interpreter.

The report about the note naming the person responsible is more than likely to have been accurate then. I wonder if the same person wrote both notes.

That is what I thought.
Especially, as the report vanished almost immediately.

These criminals are DONE!!!!

Could it be one of the adults shifting responsibility to one of the other two?
