We are asking for the community’s help in locating DAVID M. KELSEY, who is missing and considered endangered.

• Height: Approx. 5’8”
• Weight: Approx. 165 lbs
• Build: Slender/Skinny
• Hair: Brown
• Eyes: Blue
• Facial Hair: Average length, gray in color
• Glasses: Yes
Last Known Clothing:
• Shoes: Red
• Jacket: Green

Medical Information (Important):
David has an autoimmune disease causing bone deterioration, resulting in an off-gait walk. He also has a scar on the right side of his upper chest near the collar bone (feeding port scar).
David was last seen at his home on Cental Avenue late Friday night.

Family members are asking for help in locating a Cody man who has been missing since late last Friday night, saying he is vulnerable and may not be fully aware of his circumstances.

Family members say he apparently left the house on foot sometime between 11 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. Overnight temperatures on Friday and the following two nights dipped below zero.

Sadly, Mr. Kelsey was found deceased in Beck Lake. Continuing investigation.
