often regular staff that work in the house (ie she probably had a cleaner) have a code to enter the house. I personally would not do that in this day and age but did when I worked. They had key. Might be some others too.

uh the the car that was at the home uh is it's just standard investigative practices. It's part of the search warrant scene court orders. We pull it out of there and do our scene processing with the vehicle.

I'm guessing they may have assisted them and written the script for them, since they would have experts on real hostage negotiations and such.
They definitely got lucky, but a few years ago I had a neighbor who committed a crime and then smashed in my ring camera (I’m assuming they thought it wouldn’t have the recording if it was broken). But we had the recording and their face looking right at the camera before they broke it. Gave it to the cops and helped their case.

I think this is a typical PR statement. You don't want an abductor/criminal to blatantly know that the FBI is playing chess with them. By saying it's 100% the family's decision it makes it seem genuine that the family is willing to do anything to pay for return of victim irregardless of LE help. Albeit, at the end of the day it's the family's decision to pay a ransom or not.

Are we sure she was actually "dropped off" at her house after being with her daughter and son in law for dinner etc? Maybe she never returned to the house at all?
I think FBI has to keep a public "we don't negotiate" with criminals stance, "but if the family wants to.....that's up to them...."

Where are you getting that NG was rich? did she end up with some big fancy high paying job that I'm not aware of? she was a housewife when her husband passed. SG is the wealthy one.....
It's pretty much 4 hours exactly between NG's garage doors opening / closing and the disconnect of the camera at the door. Is it possible the 'kidnapper' could also have entered the garage at 21:48 and did not actually leave the property until the next period of activity 01:48 onwards? If they knew there would be footage of their arrival at the house which could be incriminating in some way, and didn't want to risk disabling the camera before the 3 hours were up, just in case that footage of their arrival was not overwritten and was then stored away somewhere for retrieval? Is it possible they lay low for 3 hours, maybe a bit extra for safety, 4 hours to be certain, then removed the camera by opening the door from inside the property?
This might be too convoluted but I can't help feel there's some significance of sorts in amongst the cameras and timings.

St Philips Tucson mass on Sunday is 10AM, so it must have been after mass that church goer contacted family that victim was a no show. Why someone would show up at 2AM to take an 84 year old women out of house to the hostility of causing her to bleed front door steps. This is not some kidnapping situation but rather someone who did not like this Senior in my opinion. I think her removal from house was to conceal evidence of crime
Could be religion related. I just find it a little weird that victim lives 4 miles from daughter and yet victim had to take Uber to meet daughter for dinner and game night. Then son in law drops off victim at home through garage which shut around 9:48pm. Victim is 84 years old with heart condition, requires a walker for mobility, is in pain per daughter, and frail. I find it strange that a church member would break in to house around 1:30am. If this were church related, why not do this after church when the victim would return home?

this is why i think the ransom note is credible and the FBI believes nancy was actually kidnapped by the person(s) who wrote it.
what's happened in the 4-5 days since though, who knows...
i know it's so far fetched but anything is possible. if i end up being wrong and it was a more run-of-the-mill crime (ie. SIL), don't hold it against me in future case discussions. lol
This was regarding if AG's car was take in or not. In the press conference today, the sheriff was talking about Nancy's car being processed as standard procedure. He didn't say anything about AG's car that I heard.
