I haven't finished it yet but once again we ask" were there no family, friends, church members who saw Ruby in her home or elsewhere and were aware that something looks/feels like it's seriously wrong with her and/or the parents behaviors towards her?

Chad's message: He was framed by the media, the prosecutors and by his own defense. Apparently he had a bigger and better fourth NDE in jail in 2022 that he is saving to describe later.

An update on LVD. She has filed an appeal, of course. She is getting lost in obscurity now. Where she belongs. No more cameras, no more court dates. Just her cell.

Interesting, that her last name comes up under "Vallow", not "Daybell". She used to insist on being referred by last name of "Daybell".

I. The district court committed structural error by removing Ms. Daybell’s retained counsel of choice in the absence of an actual or serious potential conflict of interest
II. The disqualification proceeding was a critical stage of the criminal prosecution against Ms. Daybell because her substantial rights were affected, regardless whether that proceeding occurred under Chad Daybell’s closely related and parallel case number.
III. The district court violated Ms. Daybell’s Fourteenth Amendment right to due process by adjudicating her fundamental right to counsel while her case was stayed to determine her competency

Their suggested remedy: reverse her conviction and dismiss all charges against her.
