Niquan Odumn, 25, was arrested on Friday, according to the
Metropolitan Police Department. He was already locked up at the time of his arrest, but police did not say what charges he was being held on.
He faces charges of first-degree murder while armed, felony murder, armed carjacking and armed robbery.
Odumn's arrest comes after four other arrests, all connected to the 2023 death and disappearance of
Chyna Crawford. Investigators said Odumn is the final suspect in the case.
Police said Deionta Person, 28, and Tyjuan McNeal, 29, both of Southeast D.C., were arrested on Thursday and face charges of first-degree felony murder, armed carjacking, and armed robbery.
Bjarni Cooper, 31, of Northeast D.C.
was arrested in January. He faces charges of first-degree murder, felony murder, conspiracy, armed carjacking, and armed robbery.
The
first arrest was made in 2024. Lashawn Washington of Southeast D.C. was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and obstruction of justice.
