Nine more vehicles just went in. They wouldn't be this active for nothing IMO

What types of homes are these? Expensive? Large lots like Nancy’s or closer together? I would check myself on google earth but I’m packing my family.
Similar.

If an ambulance pulls up, that is a good sign! We don't want to see the opposite.
What if the ambulance is there for one of the suspects who unalived himself at the scene during a related traffic stop? My opinion only that NG is not there.

STS Nation on YouTube is reporting several FBI officers and a Medicsl Examiner truck just arrived on scene.
EDITED at 12.34a: DBM — STS reporting changed, not conclusive.

Agreed. It's basically NG's neighborhood, and a nice home. The POI sounds like he could be married with a son. I just can't imagine what the possible motive(s) could be.

What is STS Nation—is that an approved source for this site?

Does anyone think at this point that the sweet lady is going to be alive?
I can’t imagine that has more than a 2% possibility…and if you did take her why in heaven’s name would you take her to YOUR house?
Perhaps this home is a rental and everyone living there is involved in the kidnapping and perhaps there is evidence of Nancy having been there or they had to keep her there, hoping they would get their money and all leave. I’m only speculating.

There are now more law enforcement cars going to the scene. A lot of them! Pray for Nancy. I’m so sad.

This location is about 2 miles from Nancy’s home. They would have needed a vehicle if they took her.
Yes, I wasn't suggesting no vehicle was used, but if they were only going two miles within the residential area, that might explain why they weren't captured on business cameras on the main roads -- because they never needed to travel on those main roads. MOO

Any idea where the thought that it’s an Air B&B came from? I’ve heard some mention of the possibility. It’s hard to tell what is what in this case.
I just heard it in an unofficial live stream. But my own Googling did locate a Vrbo (similar type of short-term rental) on that street (it's not a long street).
My own opinion as well is that, with the amount of amateur sleuths watching this, nothing has come out with possible POI names like they did for Rio Rico. Meaning notable occupants aren't listed on Spokeo or similar address websites online.
Just my speculation, I could be totally wrong.

I also was speculating before on the possible motive of perhaps a well-off (they are nice homes) married man with a son (from the brief/vague descriptions we've had of the people detained), which is harder to come by than perhaps someone who may have worked on her home, etc. So a rental may actually make more sense if a group of people (maybe they're not a family?) rented the home for this specific reason to commit a crime (the proximity to NG's, etc.) if this was part of a more complex operation.

Something I can't get out of my head:

SG called Sen. Mark Kelly immediately after 911 was called. Why?
IMO because he is a senator there and may be able to help activate quick high level action to save her mother. If I was in that situation and could do the same, I would also I believe

So it’s being reported a medical examiner is on scene. I’m not in the US. Is that a coroner or something different?
Yes, a medical examiner would seem to imply that a deceased person is present.

All speculation as we don’t know exactly what’s going on yet, but, yeah. 😔

My hope is they found her, put her in a fed car unnoticed and she’s at a hospital somewhere being reunited with her family. ugh sending so many prayers.

I did not really question this, assuming thry are friends. But now, I don’t know what to think.

You can watch STS nation live on YouTube and they are showing Brian from News Nation. They are discussing the medical examiner being there.

In the US a medical examiner is generally a forensic pathologist. A coroner is an official that conducts death investigations. Sometimes the coroner is a medical examiner, but not always.

How long do you think she should have waited?
I dont know. It just is something that has stuck out in my mind. When my niece was missing, we called 911 then started calling neighbors and people who could have seen her.

I don't think there's a body in that house. Unless in the basement..
