That had to be a very big culvert to need a dive team to clean it out.

We see a lot of culverts, ditches and the like cleaned out in the summer. Some retention ponds have their embankments cleared and occasionally dug slightly deeper. Sometimes the county will trim trees and not all the debris is cleared well.

This is just prior to peak hurricane season so water can flow as designed.

According to this article it was a 400 foot pipe.

I submitted a tip to local LE after seeing that Barney was not excluded. I never do that but was unable to submit to The Doe Network as there’s no LE agency listed for this Doe.

Apparently he was headed to Miami and Coral Springs would have been on his way. Most info matches up.
