I can find no MSM covering recent developments in this case. It appears from the docket as if Cody has plead out on this case and the court accepted it. No clue what the sentencing is/was. If anyone finds more info on how this resolved please post.

• With the guilty plea, the original first charge of first degree murder was downgraded to second degree murder
• I believe “S/S” means something like split supervision. That is, he is sentenced to lifetime supervision for the second degree murder charge, with the first 35 years being incarcerated with the Department of Corrections, then probation for the rest of his life
• For the incest charge, he is sentenced to 10 years
• The sentences will run concurrently and he receives no credit for time already served
• I cannot figure out what “NO CFTS” means
