It’s the most logical explanation IMOSomeone with a temper really lost it, IMO.

Look, I know, but I think personally it is just something I’m curious about.Motive is not necessary for an arrest, nor for a conviction. However motive does help us to understand the actions more.
That's very natural. We need to understand human behaviour to make sense of the world around us.Look, I know, but I think personally it is just something I’m curious about.
So much rain in the Yunta area…… with lots of flooding…..

If someone with a temper lost it, I imagine that person would attempt to seem as non-reactive as possible since 9/27, especially when cameras or LE are around.
Right? They wouldn't want everyone to say, wow, that person is irritable. They'ed want everyone to think, "That person is so calm. They must have endless patience with the little ones."

Look around this forum---look at other cases where a 4 yr old dies while in care of an adult family member. If someone known to Gus killed him, then what was the motive? Police have openly said there is one suspect and that person is known to Gus and it’s not the parents Jess or Josh.
But what’s missing is motive.
Why?
All imo
I understand no charges have been laid with regards to Gus and his disappearance.
Both can be true. It might float up some new evidence for the good of Gus.I like seeing that flooding---hate to sound like I don't care about the problems it's bringing....
But I'd really like it if some hidden things come to the surface.
Nope. Like I said I think the mom has decided not to trust her parents ever again. She doesn’t want the same event to be caused by her ignoring probabilities once more.Whatever transpiŕes-, i dont see the grandmas being left in charge of Ronnie again.
She’s realizing her ex was right all along. She ignored his advice, which is based on facts and knowledge of accidents on farms/ranches, and she paid the price.![]()
Powerful hidden message in Gus Lamont's parents' statement
After months covering the case, I can see that these new images, and the parents' carefully chosen words, reveal something far more significant than a simply a plea for public assistance.www.dailymail.co.uk
"A family friend also revealed Joshua and Josie had a verbal altercation 48 hours after Gus disappeared, as volunteers around them scoured the saltbush and outbuildings at Oak Park.
In the months that followed, his devastated mother Jessica remained at Oak Park with her parents and one-year-old Ronnie.
But a source recently told the Mail that Jessica, 39, left the property days before the February 5 presser - a decision that, to me, suggests she may believe aligning with the father of her children is her best chance of getting answers."

Yes. That’s why they have been reluctant to admit their fault. They know if they admitted an accident happened and they covered it up then they would face harsh consequences. Unfortunately even without admitting the culpability they are beginning to suffer the effects. Question is what is the pressure point? What would make them change their mind? And yes the gloves would be removed by me as well.Which might be why they’ve allegedly dug in and are refusing to say anything. What would be the benefit to them? If they were to admit X happened and one or both of them concealed the body, they wouldn’t be trusted with Ronnie anyway - so maybe they can see no reason to be clear about what they know and what happened?
However, they must care about something and I wonder if pressure could be applied in relation to this? The gloves would be off for me.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other IMOAgreed. I think they’d be very guarded in their manner. Perhaps they’d also be overly helpful.
I think a lost temper is also a possibility, but I don’t necessarily think of a single person when I imagine that possibility. MOO.
Good idea! Yes telling them they have two choices will make them rethink their decisions.I don’t know, but my guesses would be the land or homestead maybe. If they’ve been in the family for a while, a threat to sell/split/sell to a person who they wouldn’t want to have it might be a pressure point. Or perhaps just something small that has huge sentimental value to one or both grandparents? All just possibilities and JMO.
I know the parents will have received advice, but I’d be splitting them up and screaming in their faces. The alleged crime is awful but to make it worse by allegedly withholding information is just dreadful.
Oh it is probably going to. If the waters reveal Gus’ remains and they show signs of trauma thenI hope the possibility of the flooding bringing something to the surface stresses the grandparents right out
