Hi tarabull, yes the sisters were under so much pressure someone is trying to get them someone following them, I really believe that someone was trying to kill them, but they never got the support they needed, and no friends to lean on no one else was in that flat, except for the two sisters when they bolted the front door shut as they looked the sliding doors to the road also locked from inside police scientific crews do not believe anyone else was responsible and the girls ingested the poison

Toxicology reports - which were reportedly inconclusive - recorded unusual levels of sodium, nitrate and fluoride in the apartment.

Does anyone know what that could mean ?
Sodium fluoride (rodenticide, insecticide, industrial chemical)

Sodium fluoride (rodenticide, insecticide, industrial chemical)
Without knowing in which exact combinations these three substances were found, it's difficult to know what it could mean. Some combinations are (more or less) harmless, others can be poisonous, or even explosive.
Sodium nitrate (chile palpeter) is used for food preservation of meat, as a fertilizer, in pyrotechnics, smoke bombs, explosives, and so on.

I think if someone's talking about toxicology reports talking about the body I could be wrong
A toxicology report is essentially a high-tech chemical "audit" of the body. It’s a medical or legal document that identifies the presence and concentration of drugs, alcohol, or toxins in a person’s system.
Think of it as a deep dive into someone's biology to see what they’ve ingested, inhaled, or absorbed.
What Do They Test?
Toxicology reports aren't just looking for "bad" things; they look for a wide spectrum of substances. Usually, they test samples of blood, urine, hair, or saliva.
Legal/Illicit Drugs: Cocaine, heroin, MDMA, or cannabis.
Prescription Medication: Checking for painkillers (opioids), antidepressants, or sleep aids.
Alcohol: Measuring Blood Alcohol Content (BAC).
Poisons: Lead, carbon monoxide, arsenic, or even over-the-counter meds like aspirin if taken in toxic amounts.
It is believed the two sisters ingested the poison themselves.

Wasn't it strange that they only left their apartment at night?
And only to the Petrol Station shop nearby?

🤔

It is strange, but what we are lacking is a good timeline.

Did they tend to frequent the Petroleum Station shop only recently or for the whole year?

The month of April was Ramadan, when people fast and not drink till the first star. Maybe they’d visit the Petrol Station after the first star?

Or did it happen through the year?

Then they also went to church, I presume, at daytime?

We know so little about their lives.

But given their age, it is hard to imagine that they didn’t have any friends online.

Just in case there are others who can't read the Daily Mail article on their website... There is a YouTube video:

DM believes that they drank "poisonous drink" available on the dark web and that it was a suicide plan. The women's status in AU was not stable (in 2022, they applied for subclass 866 protection visas), they did not want to return to SA and their last financial support from home came in the beginning of February. RIP.

This is all horrendous and depressing 😔
I still remember the case and our discussions on the thread although many years passed.
Terrible, terrible case.
My mind boggles!!!
