If justice is a real thing, that super will hopefully be ruled to be given to his children as “victim compensation”……..'seperated'.....a delicate way of saying terminated. He can't collect his super until he is 67, either... o well..

Looks like the kids Solicitor has managed to secure a Court Order to preserve the estate and preserve Frances’ assets ………….certainly , his wife 's estate is entitled to the pro rata share of his contributions during his working life..... hopefully, his kids solicitor is on to it.,
I will never fail to be amazed at the how he thought this was going to end up... how he imagined it to be, and how far that thought was divorced from hard cold reality...

Oh no!!! It looks like the Forensic Pathologist is leaning towards Frances’ injuries are from an accident……..Much of Wednesday’s hearing was taken up by forensic evidence concerning Frances’ autopsy, including how she had multiple fractures and abrasions after she was found at the base of a retaining wall at the property, near a ride-on mower.
Forensic pathologist Dr Andrej Kedziora on Wednesday gave evidence of his examination of Frances’ body.
A drop of blood was found on one of the rocks of the retaining wall, the court was told.
Dr Kedziora said it was “impossible” to determine how much blood had gone into the ground – adding he was shown two areas of blood staining on the grass.
“I’m not able to determine the amount of blood lost,” Dr Kedziora said.
“We know there is blood on the lawn, so Ms Crawford has lost blood. But again, I cannot determine how much.”
(The article goes into more detail about injuries that were sustained by Frances)
Wife allegedly murdered by ex-RAAF pilot husband could have fallen from mower, court told
Why on earth was forensics not there to examine everything in detail before the body & the lawnmower was even touched, let alone being completely removed from the scene !Much of Wednesday’s hearing was taken up by forensic evidence concerning Frances’ autopsy, including how she had multiple fractures and abrasions after she was found at the base of a retaining wall at the property, near a ride-on mower.

I think this from the article is important to note:Why on earth was forensics not there to examine everything in detail before the body & the lawnmower was even touched, let alone being completely removed from the scene !
Surely there’s a 101 process when police are dealing with a deceased ( or missing ) person where there is the slightest hint of ‘suspicion’ re the circumstances . ..
