Found Deceased AZ - Allison Feldman, 31, Scottsdale, 17 February 2015 #4 *Arrest*

April direct continues, she is not shown on camera,

IM lost or replaced many phones, always kept same number, checks bouncing to daughters daycare, IM not a great relationship with daughter, IM out a lot, went to gym, was fit, she was frustrated he was out at gym,

feb 13-18 2015 journal entries, noting IM drinking activities, when he was home or not, smells from his drinking she noticed, Feb 17 2015,IM got up at 7am, IM took daughter to daycare, did not see him rest of day, 8pm IM not home noted, 11pm not home she noted, she went to bed, does not know what time he came home, he had to have come home sometime 17 into 18 February 2017 as he was at home in the morning and got up at 7am,

2016 she moved out permanently

April 10 2018 LE went to her work, learned IM arrested for AF murder, interviewed that day, told LE about journal, she gave it to them, interview recorded, 2 years since you had spoke to IM, Chioke (sp) knew him from the bar when she was a dancer, Salena is mentioned she also worked at bar April used to work at, , she rang April and told her Chioke knew AF boyfriend Alex, April called LE and told them this information, this was also April 10 2018 day IM was arrested, IM as far as she knew never interacted with Chioke,

2020 follow up interview, recorded, follow up questions LE had,

IM sometimes came home disheveled or with injuries, times he was drinking

sound very poor, going back over the start of relationship, back over his jobs, she can't remember all his jobs or the years, wore suit to some of his jobs, dressed nicely, had white collar in financial/mortgage jobs, as well as blue collar jobs, IM close to Craig,IM went to gym regularly, I am not sure if the sound gets bad when the defense atty who has hearing aids attaches them to the sound system somehow, as I can barely hear this cross,

Another reason trial is taking forever is defense is going over same information for the most part that state covered, and little of it is relating to 2015 anywhere near the murders, or relating to the murders,

if I heard correctly she told LE she introduced choking into relationship, going over journal, 16th February 2015 went to work, really hard to hear any of this cross,

defense introduced some red shoes to her, she called them clown shoes, going over IM jobs over the years, IM stayed in the family home after she moved out, Craig would lend money to IM, she is not sure, if I heard correctly I think Craig lent IM money for an engagement ring at some point,

I have watched up to day 21, I am looking for further days

My second theory other than he was out looking to rob someone is h had heard about AF in some way, and he has learned she lived alone and was often out of town on business so whilst drunk thought he would see if her house was empty and steal her stuff, it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that he knew of her

Today we learned from April that a chap who she vaguely knew from the bar she worked said he knew Alex AF boyfriend and she told LE this, she said she didn’t think IM knew this chap from the bar, but it could just be a tenuous link that somebody he knew knew AF and he learned of her and that’s why he went to her home

Unless he talks I doubt we will ever know what made him choose her home

Finally an update on our local news. They're starting closing arguments today. Can't imagine the jury will have to deliberate very long in this one.

I happened to drive by Allison's neighborhood this weekend. I lived very close to her when this happened. It also hit close to home because we were close to the same age and I had also moved here from the Midwest. I hope her family can close this chapter soon. It's unimaginable what they've been through.
