Making as much money as possible defending guilty as crap sick persons who can pay them, and, or, get them on a talking head news show.
After that, they can go into politics.
Ain't life grand in California.

Plead not guilty. DA will not seek DP.
*Robert Baker (55) (wife’s BF) charged & indicted (8/7/17) with capital murder & conspiracy to commit murder. Plead not guilty.
Trial was to start 4/29/19-vacated on 3/27/19.

Defense attorney Simmrin says something about going to visit him down at the jail to try to circumvent a potential extraction order by the court. Judge Coen tells Simmrin that "... once they refuse sign a permanent extraction order." Mr. Simmrin mentions that he just received new discovery today, 30 items. One item is different sets of financial records. Next Pretrial Conference/Trial setting hearing on 9/4.
