I think you could well be right. The depiction you found includes writing that seems French based- or a local Latin based language. Writing in early French or a local language could well suggest the picture is St. Joan of Arc.

It could also suggest that the deceased had an interest in history / literature as the possible St. Joan of Arc depiction is clearly not the latest Hollywood depictions from the Joan of Arc craze about 20 years ago.

Going into linguistic trivia, before French took over France, there were quite a few Latin based languages spoken in the south.

Some lingered into the 1980s as I remember my bi lingual mother coming back to our car once after asking directions and telling us: We need to ask somebody else. I have no idea what that person was saying- it was not French.

Someone on facebook found two Bandcamp profiles that likely belong to her.

(Note the chest tattoo matches the decedent's)

Review from the Kolhaloamkulo account states her name as Hagar Juniblut.

Huh, that's the date/year in Hebrew. I wonder if Hagar was Jewish.

That's definitely her. How sad, RIP. The Joan of Arc tattoo looks recent.
