I am waiting a similar outcome to "Nubia Barahona". Tons of hearings, changing attorneys, and finally, perpetrator is "Not Competent" for trial. And it goes no where.

Only time will tell if an actual trial begins on August 11th. The dreaded "pretrial conference" in June could easily result in another continuance. We've seen it in countless other cases. Hundreds of motions, hearings, continuances, etc and 5-7 years before trial. System broken.
I appreciate folks keeping track of this case.
